Excellent pic. But I think you could be onto something with Wrestling Star Wars thing. In fact there are a number of films that could benefit from being reinterpreted into Wresling.
And Flash Gordon is almost a Wrestling movie anyway!
Brian Blessed would have made a great, British-style, wrestler. And a dirty one at that. I can hear him shouting "SHUT YOUR MOUTH!" at some scandalized old dear in the front row, in my head, right now.

You're right re Flash Gordon Rob and that could explain a lot.
And if Jimmy Savile's wrestled, Brian B should have been a contender. He'd have been great.
