Or we could knock one up using Wayne Collins's recipe, based on how them pesky Victorians originally made 'em:
Ingredients
1 lime, juice and zest only 3 tsp caster sugar 1 small free-range egg 50ml Scotch whisky ginger ale, to top up
Method
1. Mix together the lime juice and zest and caster sugar in a small bowl. See aside for an hour before using. 2. To make the cocktail, place the egg, whisky and one tablespoon of the lime mixture into a cocktail shaker. Top up with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a a highball glass and top up with ginger ale. 3. Drink, then repeat, right until you soil yourself.

Great characters.
Haven't had a Snowball in years, and ow this is the third time I've seen them referenced in a few days.
Y'know what this means, don't you? I'm going to have to head out in the snow for a bottle of Advocaat.
Thanks John!
Mark, I'm afraid i'd be going out in the snow for the lemonade, we've had a cobwebby bottle of Advocaat somewhere in this house for years.
