Went past the queue for the Banksy exhibition on monday. It was so big it had it's own ice-cream van and as far as I have heard it's been that busy all the while. Which is just as well as there are now so many Banksy t-shirts, cups and postcards for sale all over the town.
Here's a picture of the queue.

i did like banksy so far... the guy painting on walls rite?
I think he's great. I'm sorry not to have seen the exhibition. I was a student and lived in Bristol through the 90's and would watch out for his stencils appearing every now and then.
Similar stencil style to Bleck Le Rat.
I'd prefer the icecream...
Come to think of it, I just presumed the queue was for the show and not the van . . . .
my family had just emigrated to Bristol a few weeks before, & I deemed it part of our integration process that we join that queue.
It was mental but jovial, some intelligent citizens had bought little deck chairs.
Britain, Britain, Britain.
I'm glad we saw the show.
The best part was that he had been given free reign to 'modify' other exhibits that are in the museums main collection.
